How to obtain a Certificate of Insurance
1. E-mail the request to: Service@iBusinessSolutions.com
2. Fax the request to (941) 487-7279
3. Click the Link to Print the Certificate yourself www.selfservecertificates.com
All requests should include the following information:
- Name and Telephone of the Insured
- Information to be put in the Certificate Holder area
- Fax Number or E-Mail address where the Cert should be sent
